New Exercise - Become ONE with . . .

THE HIGHEST YOU!

I've been doing this exercise for many months now.  I cannot say how joyful I was when I first discovered this!

Essentially it is based on the understanding in the book "The Magic Presence" that we all have a kind of "Higher Self" that is "us" but we may not be outwardly (mindfully) aware of it.  It is in fact the "life" that keeps our hearts beating and even when we intentionally or unintentionally separate from it, it still continues to work, as if we have split in two.  Much like a "right and left" brain, only in this case, it is the "higher us" and "lower us."

The goal of course is to bring the two back together.  When we do this, we experience more of the direct benefits of the Higher "God Self" or "Divine Self" in every respect.  If we continue to live in rejection of this "Higher Self" we are cutting ourself off from life and we will die!  If we achieve total union, the manifold aspects and benefits of divinity are ours (including eternal life).

I encourage all to try this and experience the results for themselves first hand.  You WILL notice something if you do this correctly.

The understanding here is that this "higher mind/body" actually floats away from us as we reject it, and closer as we accept it.  So depending on our chosen point of reference (identity), we can either invite it closer to us, or visualize/imagine ourself (Highest Self) choosing to come down into the body.  The former seems to work the best for me but when I am really in high consciousness, the later is marvelous.  Invite your greater Self to come say 20% closer (or you could even imagine in feet - i.e. one foot closer). Next, sense what that would be like with NO expectation.  Totally open to whatever happens, totally surrendered to it.  You might do smaller or larger increments, whatever feels right.  Then invite to 50% etc.  You should sense feelings of control of your life and godlike dominion.   Health, peace, vitality, inner knowing, etc.  Perhaps you will feel like at long last, you are "home".  The feelings should be good!!

Go until you reach 100% total union.  You will KNOW when this has happened. 

Now, HOLD THIS.  Hold it as LONG as you can.  The longer you hold it, the more likely it will STAY.  Let your  Love for this Self ascend higher and higher and grasp stronger and deeper this REAL YOU!!
